Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Our shipping prices are very reasonable: Within Canada, Regular Ground rate (5 to 9 days) starts at only $6.95 and Express Air rate (1 to 3 days) starts at $9.95. Shipping is based on weight and distance.

To the United States, Regular Ground rate (9 to 14 days) starts at $8.50 and Express Air (1 to 3 days) rate starts at $11.95. At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free Regular Ground shipping within Canada and the United States.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with all the products you ordered with us. And so, we will gladly accept returns of any items that were purchased within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of tea samplers.

Teas that have been opened, tried and returned due to customer's dislike of the product will be reimbursed less a 30% disposal fee. Due to sanitary code reasons, we must dispose all tea returned to us. We advise trying tea samplers before buying large quantities of any tea.

For returns, please email customerservice@thekiosque.ca, and include your order number and a description of the reason for the return. We want to know how we can serve you better and we will make it easy to return if you are not happy with your purchases.
